who we are

For more than thirty years, we have been a small, independent law firm that acts as a trusted advisor to clients who seek the expertise of a large law firm, and the personal attention of a small one.  Clients rely on us not just for our legal advice, but for our strategic and business insight.  

 

Many of us began our careers in large firms, and decided that wasn't how we wanted to do things.  We wanted to do sophisticated and challenging work, without the bureaucracy of a big firm.  We wanted to have the flexibility to do what's right for the client, without having to consult a committee.  We also wanted to create a firm that's sustainable over the long term.  To us, that means working with people we genuinely enjoy spending time with, and working as efficiently as we can to get the job done for the client.
