Luke Meyer focuses primarily on representing clients in corporate, commercial, regulatory, and employment matters. He has extensive experience drafting and negotiating various types of agreements, as well as advising clients in commercial disputes and regulatory compliance matters. Mr. Meyer also has significant experience representing clients in intellectual property matters concerning trademarks. He has provided legal counsel to a wide variety of entities, including cooperative associations, commodity research and promotion entities, corporations (both for-profit and nonprofit), and limited liability companies.

After graduating from law school in 2011, Mr. Meyer spent two years with the business services practice group at Carmody & Torrance LLP in Connecticut, and focused primarily on corporate, transactional, and regulatory matters. In September 2013, he joined Watkinson Miller. He practiced with Watkinson Miller for nearly three years, before joining the U.S. Department of the Interior’s Office of the Solicitor in August 2016. While with the Office of the Solicitor, he focused primarily on representing the National Park Service in commercial matters, including matters concerning concession contracts and leases. In June 2019, he rejoined Watkinson Miller.
